Full-time employees, (working 30 hours or more each work week), receive a comprehensive package of group insurance. Part-time employees may purchase supplemental benefits if they meet the eligibility requirements.


Medical/Dental/Vision Care Options – The Company provides medical and dental care coverage options for full-time (working 30 hours or more) employees that begins 90 days after their date of hire.

Employees are offered a Preferred Provider Organization medical plan through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. The Dental Plan, offered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina pays for maintenance of good, sound dental health, and a percentage of other dental care, including orthodontic treatment for dependents through age 18. Supplemental Vision Coverage offered by BCBSNC is available for purchase for eligible staff.


Basic Life Insurance – The Company offers Basic Life Insurance to all full-time employees at no cost who work 30 hours or more. All other employees may purchase Voluntary Group Term Life Insurance at their own expense through USAble Life.


Supplemental Benefits Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, Medical Bridge, and Short-Term Disability Coverage is offered through Colonial Life Insurance Company. We also offer supplemental life and retirement benefits through MassMutual. These benefits are offered to eligible employees.


Holidays – Top Priority Care Services observes eight (8) holidays throughout the year.


Personal Time Off (PTO) – Personal Time off (PTO) is paid and can be used for vacations, emergencies, sickness, etc. Eligible staff receives 14 PTO days per year.


Casual Fridays – Employees have the option to dress in casual attire on Fridays.


Credit Union Membership – Employees are eligible to join Truliant Federal Credit Union and Bank of America for banking services.
