Top Priority Care Services is busy working to become a Critical Access Behavioral Health Agency! Under the Medical and Clinical Direction of Dr. Masoud Hejazi, we are continuously developing and implementing evidence-based practices to ensure quality of care in service delivery.

2010 is well underway and we are excited about offering Child and Adolescent Day Treatment services and Assertive Community Treatment Team services. We continue to improve our Community Support Team and Intensive In-Home services and look forward to continued growth with CAP services. The following information is available to keep you posted on our agency goals, accomplishments and key initiatives for 2010.


2009 Key Accomplishments
Optimal performance is our goal. During the past year, Top Priority Care Services reached new heights. The following are our honorable mentions:
·Hired a Medical Director (Psychiatrist), Clinical Director (Licensed Psychologist)  and Therapists (Licensed Clinical Social Workers) to enhance clinical service delivery
·Endorsed to provide Personal Assistance in Guilford County
·Developed relationships with external outpatient therapy groups
·Recommended and approved for community Board of Directors - Mental Health Association; Ten Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness; Goodwill Business Advisory Committee; Winston-Salem Society for Human Resource Management; and JMSW Advisory Board.

Agency Goals for 2010
TPCS is working to improve service delivery everyday. Here are our goals for 2010:
·Enhance services for consumers
·Continue hiring qualified staff to carry out services
·Become a Critical Access Behavioral Healthcare Agency
·Continue to provide quality of care services
·Provide meaningful and beneficial training to staff to ensure competence in providing services and ensuring staff understand service definitions, and
·Ensure billing is accurate and service notes documentation reflect the services that are intended based on the consumers’ person centered treatment plans.

Check out Consumer Satisfaction
The results of the Consumer Satisfaction Survey conducted in July 2009 are back. We are pleased to announce that overall 89% of the consumers surveyed are satisfied with the services received from Top Priority Care Services!

This survey measured satisfaction, accessibility, efficiency and effectiveness. The feedback from this survey will help Top Priority Care Services enhance our service delivery and help improve the outcomes for consumers.
