Our Company offers strong comprehensive clinical services and a competency-based training program for our staff. We have developed our Assertive Community Treatment Team, Child and Adolescent Day Treatment services Intensive In-Home and Community Support Team programs by ensuring understanding of service definitions and how to appropriately deliver services, along with promoting communication across service delivery teams.

We continue developing our new services ensuring the use of evidence-based practices. Our developmental disability/intellectual disabilities services (formally MR/DD) are growing and we continue to implement best practices in assisting individuals build their skills and develop new ones.

We are still growing. Since 2003, Top Priority Care Services has birthed three site locations – Winston-Salem, Durham and Greensboro, North Carolina. In October 2013 we opened The Center for Lifelong Learning and Enrichment, which includes our Day Supports services. We are still aspiring to become a full comprehensive agency offering services that expand beyond the basic service definitions into outreach initiatives. We look forward to opening our Psychosocial Rehabilitation center by 3rd Qtr 2014. We aim to reach this goal with our CABHA designation allowing us to expand services into other counties. Our service areas have expanded and we now offer services in various NC Counties.

We also seek to improve our technology by eventually moving towards electronic medical records which will be a state requirement within the next five years. The use of electronic medical records will improve review of consumer records and allow for us to reduce paper costs associated with hardcopy data. In order to achieve this goal Top Priority Care Services will continue monitoring the industry and seeking cost effective technological systems to incorporate electronic medical records.
